  • Minimum Wholesale order amount is $75 per order 
  • Please reach out for additional pricing for large volume orders over $10,000

S H I P P I N G   P O L I C I E S

  • Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • Orders received after 12PM MST are considered next business day purchases.
  • All orders are shipped via UPS & USPS, unless otherwise arranged by you; shipping is determined by weight.
  • An order may only be shipped to one location.
  • We currently ship within the U.S. and Canada
  • Pre-order and in-stock items will be separated into separate orders and shipped accordingly unless otherwise stated. 

H O U R S   O F   O P E R A T I O N

  • We accept orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • We will usually respond to you within 24 business hours to resolve any issues or to answer any questions you have! During the weekends, answer times may be delayed. 
  • Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. We do not approve accounts on the weekends.

  1. Prior to approval as a wholesale customer you must first register on our website and submit your wholesale application.
  2. Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will be able to preview wholesale pricing, shop for products, view inventory availability, and place orders directly from our website.

    • Wholesale accounts are available to brick-and-mortar retail shops, or online retailers with their own storefronts (websites).  

R E T U R N   P O L I C Y

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 7 days upon delivery for a CREDIT MEMO ONLY. 
  • All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. 
  • Claims for damages must be made within 7 days from when the merchandise is delivered.
  • Claims after will not be accepted.
  • Items must have tags attached and be in original packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage.

C A N C E L L A T I O N   P O L I C Y

  • Orders can only be cancelled with written permission from Contagious LLC.  
  • Most orders are processed and ready to ship within less than 12 hours of the order being placed and are not subject to cancellation.  
  • Orders that have received a tracking number will not be cancelled.
