- Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
- Orders received after 12PM MST are considered next business day purchases.
- All orders are shipped via UPS & USPS, unless otherwise arranged by you; shipping is determined by weight.
- An order may only be shipped to one location.

- Pre-order and in-stock items will be separated into separate orders and shipped accordingly unless otherwise stated.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 7 days upon delivery for a CREDIT MEMO ONLY.
- All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
- Claims for damages must be made within 7 days from when the merchandise is delivered.
- Claims after will not be accepted.
- Items must have tags attached and be in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage.

C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y
