- After receiving the hat use a hair dryer on cold air and a small tooth comb to make the fur fluffy. Then shake the faux fur pom pom to fluff it up.

R E T U R N P O L I C Y
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the merchandise within 7 days upon delivery for a CREDIT MEMO ONLY.
- All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
- Claims for damages must be made within 7 days from when the merchandise is delivered.
- Claims after will not be accepted.
- Items must have tags attached and be in original packaging.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage.
